Ok so I was super nervous after ordering this hair, as I've never used this site before. So i was panicking and using the online chat to get more information on where the hair is? how long will it take? Eventually, DHL delivered my hair and OMG, ITS AMAZING...the lace is soft not like that hard lace that doesn't lay well. The hair is super soft, I've washed it same day I recieved it and fixed it. Curls hold for days. I have to say I can see why the density might not be as thick, because this kind of quality should be light and natural feeling. I Love It. Please take my word and buy from here. I know I will. I'm not a professional when it comes to fixing my wigs, still learning but this is the best I've done. I can comb my fingers through it without even brushing the hair.
